 Registration process

October 1^st, 2025: Registration opening

April 1^st, 2026: End of early registration

June 1^st, 2026: End of TM registration

For submission, a template has been created and should be used. It is proposed in two different versions: .docx or latex. The submitted file at the end should be a pdf file generated from one of these templates

To have access to the submission page, you must first log in to the website with a scienceconf.org login. To log in or create an account, click on the top-right menu of the website

 Nota: If you have already an scienceconf.org account, please, do not create a new one.

Submission process

January 1^st, 2026: Receipt of 2-page summary

WORD Template (2-page summary or up to 6-page contribution)

LATEX Template (2-page summary or up to 6-page contribution)

February 1^st, 2026: Acceptance notification for oral presentation

June 1^st, 2026: Final submission of up to 6-page full-length conference paper (optional)
